Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on this site are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods — which are accessible immediately and cannot be returned — all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

This applies to all digital products including but not limited to:

• Downloadable eBooks and guides
• Digital courses and workbooks
• Toolkits, frameworks, and templates
• Bundled digital product packages

Subscriptions — Cancellation Policy

Certain products, including The Inner Circle, are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments
• Any month in which your subscription is active will be billed in full — partial months are not prorated
• Upon cancellation, your billing will stop on your next scheduled billing date — you will not be charged again after that date
• You will retain access to your subscription benefits through the end of the billing period you have already paid for
• To cancel, manage your subscription through your account portal or email us at amayalux@gmail.com

Delivery of Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive an email with download instructions or access links. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct.

If you do not receive your download within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at amayalux@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

All content sold and distributed by Amaya Lux — including but not limited to written materials, frameworks, workbooks, course content, AI prompts, and branding — is the intellectual property of Amaya Lux and is protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal or business use. You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any materials in whole or in part
• Share login credentials or download links with others
• Use the content to create competing products or services
• Claim authorship or ownership of any Amaya Lux content

All programs and products sold by Amaya Lux are for educational and personal development purposes only. We make no guarantee of specific financial results, income, or outcomes.
